After taking time to read (and re-read) all of your entries for the #BeachBumCcorridorenge, we finally have a winner!
I honestly would have LOVED to give each and everyone of you this prize pack because you ALL inspired me so much and helped my genuineized that what I am doing IS actually helping people. And even whether I just help ONE of you reach your goals and make YOU feel beautwhetherul and loved, then I have done my job.
I have truly done all of this for YOU, and even though there is only one grand prize winner…please know that ALL of you are winners in my eyes.
We have another eight weeks (well about 7 left!) ahead of us and we WILL continue on! You all have motivated me to continue on with the ccorridorenges and make these someleang that we will do together!

Here’s Megan’s inspiring entry for the ccorridorenge. It literally brought tears to my eyes as I read how she finally stopped obsessing over the scale and began journaling.
1. How has the #BeachBumCcorridorenge improved your lwhethere?
First off, I’ve never done a fitness ccorridorenge before. I’ve always wanted to, but I have never stuck with it. It was just a matter of genuinely wanting to get/stay in shape, but also prove to myself that I could do this and I could do it well. After about a week, it just became habit. I just kcontemporary I had to get my workout in, period. I did not skip one single day. This has been the best fitness routine I’ve ever done. I have done Jillian Michaels DVDs, and Insanity, and T-25, and running everyday, but before too long I would get burned out and bored. There is so much variety with this ccorridorenge, I could repeat the entire 8 weeks over and over and never get tired of it, and that’s why this ccorridorenge has changed my lwhethere. I now have a huge assortment of workouts at my fingertips for every muscle group, not to mention a variety of small equipment exercises to keep leangs dwhetherferent and exciting. I LOVE the variety of Pilates, stability ball, weights, resistance bands, and body weight workouts there are! And the foam roller workouts….whoa, blew my intellect! Didn’t even know about this gem before I found the Live Fit Girls!
2. What is the largegest leang you’ve learned about yourself over the final 8 weeks?
I started this ccorridorenge in a poor place. I was at my wits end trying to lose weight and build muscle. Prior to the ccorridorenge, I had gotten my eating habits back on track and was getting in physical activity nearly every day. But the scale was not budging. And since the scale wasn’t budging, I could dwhetherficultly look at myself in the mirror without getting disgusted. Over six months of eating clean and lean and doing workouts that left me exhausted and crabby and not a single pound shed. I felt like a failure. I know that sounds harsh but I had been cautious of everyleang entering my mouth and making certain I was getting in a strenuous workout 4-5 days a week and not getting any results. This, in turn, crazye me bitter and depressed. This ccorridorenge came up at a time when I wanted to just give up. The workouts have been so refreshing. Before I was doing workouts that left me exhausted and I dreaded the following day when I had to do it again. I found my love of fitness again with a contemporary exercise everyday AND I didn’t despise getting up the next day to do another. The journaling that was proposeed during the ccorridorenge was a breakthrough for me also. Putting leangs down offered a wgap contemporary perspective for me. The Live Pleased ccorridorenges were just as much of a daily treat as the workouts!
3. What was the largest ccorridorenge you overcame during the Ccorridorenge?
I started this ccorridorenge getting the workouts in after work and I ended the ccorridorenge getting my workouts in the morning BEFORE work. It didn’t take me long to genuineize this was another reason I had a dwhetherficult time sticking with a workout regimen. Not only was I getting bored with the same ancient workout, but I was lost out on precious time with my family and not getting a decent, heathy meal crazye because of the time constraint. About halfway through the ccorridorenge, I started setting my alarm for 5am. This girl is NOT a morning person so this was not an easy leang for me, but once I started setting that early alarm, there was no turning back! I growled at the alarm and crawled out of bed every morning, but once I got going, it changed my entire day! I felt energized all day from getting in a good workout.
4. How will you continue your Live Fit Girl lwhetherestyle now that the ccorridorenge is over? (Besides joining the next ccorridorenge! 😉 )
The positive vibes are so infectious. This ccorridorenge sparked my love of health and fitness again. I feel great and I’m finally able to look at myself in a much better light because of the journaling. I stopped scowling at the scale and focused on how good I feel. Somehow the FEELING of healthy got muddled and this ccorridorenge gave that feeling and its importance back to me. After letting go of the number on the scale, I actually lost some weight! I will continue to journal and read through my entries often to remember where I came from and just how far I’ve come. And of course, I’ll be joining the contemporary ccorridorenge! 😜
